General Contractor for the tenant infill of a 13,500 square foot facility including: concrete trenching, concrete infill, concrete works, polished concrete floors, drywall partitions, new roof top units, Roofing, tile walls, doors/frames/hardware, millwork, paint, exterior EIFS re-work, fire suppression sprinkler system, HVAC and electrical upgrades as well as the coordination of all owner designated suppliers and sub-contractors, including international vendors. The requirement to use specific vendors and exclusive products to the PetSmart brand forced us to be adaptive, quick to problem solve and added a significant challenge that took a team effort to overcome.
