Alliance Accounting  – The very first project (2016)

Anderson Strath, now Alliance Accounting, was our inaugural project. We delivered an interior retrofit project that had a five-month completion timeline but the owners wanted it done in three. We took on sub-trades that others could not deliver on in the time allotted, expedited products at our own costs to ensure we were on schedule, and created, then managed, a strict timeline for decisions and approvals. Part of our success was the solid partnership with our client, and creative and strategic project management which delivered the project two months ahead of schedule, but right on time for our client.
